I apologize for the interrupted transmission

I haven't forgotten you little blog, I just find that 23.5 out of 24 hours a day are 100% fully occupied. There are so many things I need to document quickly before they start to fade in my mind, despite my best efforts I seem to be incapable of avoiding mischief. Life sans mischief is just not my nature. I will write again soon, maybe tonight, maybe tomorrow.

I want to stay as close to the edge as I can without going over. Out on the edge you see all kinds of things you can't see from the center.
Kurt Vonnegut

Stay beautiful everyone! Sending my love from the fifth story of a Winston-Salem hotel on a particularly dreary day.

  2. Glad you haven't forgotten about us! haha
But I'm like 2 hours away from Winston-Salem! I was going to go to that show, but we're in the midst of crazy Nutcracker rehearsals!

Another quote I'd like to share is:
"If you're not living on the edge, back up so I can."--Dallas Wesley

Dallas is a kid in my grade, and when he said this, I knew that I should have more faith in my generation.

  3. Dang Bria. I dig that. I have more hope for your generation than mine, thank Dallas for me. And as far as I know we can definitely chat after the show on the 14th, I haven't forgotten my little blog or our conversation, we have one nighters all this week, so I literally have maybe 7 hours a day (night/early morning) to myself, mostly to sleep. However I seem to be a failure at sleeping, mostly because I haven't grasped the concept of how to shut my brain down enough to relax...Hope Nutcracker is going well. I really miss dancing in the Nutcracker...a man in a CVS in Winston/Salem asked me if I was "one of them Sugar Plum Faries."
    Seriously.
    Know what I said?
    "Yes."

  4. Wonderful! I can't wait! It's the day after our last Nutcracker show, so we'll definitely have something to talk about. And don't worry your little head at all because you need your sleep. Theatre week for Nutcracker leaves me so sleep deprived...as far as Nutcracker, it's going well. We have our first dress rehearsal tonight. Can't believe it's already here!

PS. I would've said the same thing.
